The energies flowing upon the earth at this time are forcing change of such magnitude that the whole of it can barely be sensed; and yet that sense is causing a rapid polarization of humankind.
There are those that are from a fear base digging in their heels in an attempt to maintain a perceived safe status quo. At the same time, for many more, the choice to awaken and begin to explore new possibilities is burgeoning.
This site is for those explorers. Each channeling serves as a bridge to the next — leading through a process of understanding, choosing, integration and then opening to higher, finer frequencies of Light for abundance in all ways as the way to experience Life.

“It is now time to be king and queen of your own kingdom, and as you will allow none to invade your kingdom — by the same token — invade the kingdom of none other.” IRSHA We call ourselves “IRSHA” as we flow into your dimensional realm through this woman and vehicle, the circuitry named Elmarilla in human form. We have directed Elmarilla to record our teachings on the printed page that it may be circulated far and wide that the understanding of that which is even now occurring in your third dimensional Earth realm be available to as many as possible. The time is short for choice to be made. The choice is that which would be to fling open your doorway to consciousness, step through and begin to stride boldly upon your pathway to enlightenment, or … to hide in your dark caves of unconsciousness, thinking yourselves to be safe within.
We are dictating these chapters through this one – this circuitry – this channel.
We shall describe to you who we are, from whence we come and why, what is taking place in your realm in this “now” and the true nature of the changes that have long been prophesied.
We shall also describe how you may prepare for the time that is coming and how your evolved consciousness shall begin to know itself as, indeed, an integral and individuated aspect of the God-Goddess, the All that Is. And thus to begin to fulfill your purpose as co-creators through the conscious accessing of the all knowledge and wisdom that lies within each.
For your greatest understanding, we shall request that as you read the words upon these pages that you will choose to set aside all your notions. Indeed, we shall say that it will be necessary to dissolve the borders of your perceptions that more and more of the totality of that which is of truth may find its way into your consciousness.
We have chosen to use as the format of this book the same format that we use when we have the opportunity and privilege to speak to you beloved and brave humans in person. You have many questions. We have included responses to those about which you have expressed the most concern, confusion or curiosity. However, we shall begin by informing you of that which is necessary for you to know at this time. So, if you will allow yourselves to be in a meditative state, the energy that is digitally infused into the words upon each page will enhance your full comprehension of the concepts, and it will be as if we are there with you. Your present understanding of this process would be called telepathy.
Elmarilla Bailey [January 19, 1930 – December 29, 2006] was a gifted teacher and pioneer of intuitive channeling. She introduced us to IRSHA, a group-mind Energy with an urgent message — born of compassion — for all mankind. IRSHA offers us a new way to perceive reality. These messages will literally expand your mind.
For over 20 years she had a successful business career during which she filled a post as vice-president of an international research firm.
In 1980, responding to her lifelong spiritual quest, she went from reading corporate minds to serving the Cosmic Mind.

In addition to her business career, she played the roles of wife, mother, grandmother and single parent. In order to raise her three fine sons, Elmarilla worked at different times as a writer, seminar leader, professional singer and fashion model. She also appeared on television.
In response to her birth path vibration of 33, she experienced a life of high “highs” and deep “downs”, but saw them all as necessary to develop the empathy and compassion needed to serve Spirit and her fellow humans.
