We are very grateful for your presence. That which we would say to you this day is that which we would wish for each of you to go forth and tell others. He who has ears to hear, let him hear. He who has eyes to see, let him see. You have heard this before, and have read this before in that which you call your Holy Book, the Bible. It is attributed to the one called Jeshua, the one called Jesus as he spoke to the multitudes who came to hear him. The deeper meaning of those words is that which we wish to speak of today. Very few of you hear. Please do not be insulted when we say this, for we only speak the truth. We do not find fault with you because you do not hear. You were never taught to hear. From the time you were infants, you were taught to cry, you were taught to speak, and you were taught to express yourselves. But, you were never taught to hear. You listen, but you do not hear.

In order for you to hear, that which we and others like us would say, it is important for you to know the meaning of that which is to hear. Someone says to you, “Ah, listen to what I have to say.” So you turn your attention to that one and you listen, but you do not hear.

To hear, is to set aside your own perceptions. To absent yourselves from your consciousness for a few minutes and to observe the tone of voice of the speaker, to tune in to the frequency that is intrinsic, that is inherent, in the letters of the words spoken to you. To look with intensity at the individual speaking to you. To set aside your own perceptions and notions so that you can truly receive the message that is given to you not only in the words, but in the frequency of the words, in the tone of voice, in the emotional intensity of the one who speaks, and in the vibrancy of the energy of the one who speaks. You must learn to hear so you can truly hear the message. Observe with all of your senses so you can know the truth of the message that is contained within the words. So you can hear the truth that is within the frequency of the letters of the words. This is true hearing.

And this then, leads to that which comes next, which is simply to reach the point when to hear, is simply to be in the presence of a person, and to hear that persons truth whether that person is speaking or not. Whether that person is simply transmitting his or her own frequency or his or her own truth, true hearing allows you to identify, to discern, the truth of that one. Worse even is to just listen to the words that are spoken. Often times there are those in your realm who say one thing and truly mean another. Their tone of voice, their body language, the intensity of the energy used to convey the message says THIS, but the words say THAT.

So it is for you to develop a gift of really hearing as you continue to move into the form of communication that you call telepathy, which is simply to communicate by transmission and reception of frequencies from another being.

The next step to that way of communicating is to hear,. not just to listen, but to HEAR. If those who heard Jeshua, truly HEARD Jeshua, there would not the many distortions of his messages that you now allow yourselves to be governed by and abide by. When He said the greatest commandment is to love, humankind (humans at that particular time and still to this day) perceive it to mean that you must have nice feelings toward other people, or that you must turn the other cheek, (whatever you think that means), and that you must love unconditionally. Yet, you do not know what it means to love unconditionally.

Jeshua said the greatest commandment IS to love, but do you truly HEAR what that means? It is generally interpreted during your present time, and times before you, to mean that you all must be friendly. That you must all think nice thoughts. That you must all be gentle and kind to others. And those are truly ways that you would express. But those are outward expressions. That is not what it means to LOVE. That which is to love, is a condition of being. It is not that which you choose to feel. It is not that which you do not feel. But let us tell you what it is, versus what it is not.

Love is that which your are. It is that which you are! For instance, you may be feeling grumpy on a particular day, and you say to yourself, “I must be loving today.” Let me say to you that however you are at any moment of your life, you are in what is called the condition of love. Because you have been given life by that which is God/Goddess, by that which is Source, and that which is Source is Love. So you could not exist if you were not a being in the condition of Love. And so love is to be aware of that which you are. It is to be aware that no matter what you do, no matter what you think, no matter what you might say, no matter if you have what you may call “evil thoughts” against another, you are in your ESSENCE a being in the condition of love.

Now you may not be happy in a particular instance, yet you ARE a being in the condition of love. And that which is the message, that which is for you to HEAR in the greatest commandment is to love, and to love your neighbor as yourself. It simply means that you are to accept yourself as you are. That also means to acknowledge that you are a Master. You are to acknowledge that you are a creation, a fragment, an aspect of Source. You are a piece of God/Goddess. As so if you are, so is your neighbor also. And if you are a piece of God, and your neighbor is a piece of God, then there is no judgement because each of you is God (when we say God, we mean Goddess also).

So that is what is meant when you hear “The greatest commandment is to love.” It does not mean that you are to go around with a smile upon your face all the time. Nor does it mean that you need to go around with a feeling of niceness for everyone and everything that you meet. If you understand truly the meaning of those words, then your tendency is to feel joy. Your tendency is to feel nice. Now we do not like the word “nice” because so often it is just a superficial mask to cover up what you really think you are. So be in integrity with yourselves. You have the opportunity to do so at this time because you are now life forms; living, breathing, hearts beating, within the framework, within the frequencies of the fifth dimension.

The fifth dimension relates to your fifth chakra. All of your chakras relate to the dimensional frequencies within which you find yourselves. The fourth dimension is the time of the heart. Not just your physical heart. Your physical heart is the result of your multi-dimensional heart. And so your fifth chakra is expanding. At least, now it has the opportunity to expand, to deepen, to become more profound, to become richer in the way in which you receive from others, and the way that you express yourselves, but with integrity. And the integrity first is with self. If you can be in impeccable integrity with self, then it is easy, and it comes natural to be in integrity with others, and you no longer need to put on a “nice” face, because that which you express, that which you are, is you in your truth. And also, this means you have accepted, acknowledged, honored and love self, even if you are not always nice, and are sometimes grumpy. Even if you have a so called “evil thought,” give yourself an opportunity to review your evil thought. You will learn more about yourself if you notice you have an evil thought and own it, acknowledge it, and do not project it on another. When you do this, you have the opportunity to shift. You have the opportunity to make a different choice. If you do not own your evil thoughts, you have no opportunity because you do not even know you had one, or you are too busy judging yourself for having one. So have an evil thought. Notice that you had it. And give yourself the opportunity to shift rather than to judge. In other words, be in impeccable integrity with self. This then is the greatest commandment in action, to love yourselves no matter what. If you truly love yourself, then you truly love all others because you are all connected. Each of you in this room (pointing) is connected each-to-each, each-to-each,.each-to-each.

We will suggest to each of you at this time to become very still and look around the room and see yourself in every other person. Each of you is in a different “Earth space suit.” Each of you has a different reason or purpose for being in life on Earth at this time.. Yet at the same time, each of you is in life and all life is in relationship to itself. There is nothing that is separate. Nothing. As we have said to you before, it is all God/Goddess. It is impossible for it to be otherwise. Yes, absolutely impossible for it to be otherwise. There is nothing that is not God, and if God is Love, then you are Love, and this is exactly that which Jeshua desired that you hear.

You are not separate from anything. You are each a piece of the totality of your own wholeness. Your own wholeness is a room, or a mansion in the “many mansions in the house of God.” There is nothing that is not God. Let me repeat, there is nothing that is not God/Goddess. So if that is indeed true, and God is love/light, light/love, then each of you is in the condition of love. Therefore hear and know that the greatest commandment is to LOVE. This commandment supersedes all other commandments and makes all the rest of them irrelevant. That’s the truth! So allow yourself to be, in your consciousness, in your perception of yourselves, God/Goddess. You are already in the condition of love, so there is nothing left for you to strive for.

Why must you strive for something that you already are? Why would you ever need to judge any other if each of you is part of the whole body of God/Goddess. So HEAR! Hear the words, hear them. Hear, do not just listen! This lesson is for you to turn your attention to hearing. To hear is to be receptive to multi-dimensional frequencies, the multi-dimensional message that is conveyed to each of you, whether it be from another human being (another life form in an “earth space suit”) or a life form in the form of a tree, a life form in the form of a small kitty, or even an ant.

So hear! Hear! Hear each other when you have a conversation, don’t just listen. Don’t miss the richness, the beauty, the pathos, the nostalgia, the poetry, the harshness; whatever is contained in the message for you to grow in wisdom and knowledge. Hear! Don’t just listen, hear.

When you read the words ” He who has ears to hear, will hear. He who has eye see, will see, ” know what that means. Remember what that means. It involves a multi-dimensional transmission and a multi-dimensional reception. Each of you in this space, and many others at this time are ready and now have the ability to truly hear and to see. These are the stepping stones to forth and fifth dimensional life experiences, where to see is to see into the energy system of another, and to hear is to hear the multi-dimensional message. Pay attention and notice the ways that you are beginning to hear and to see. You should be ready to move ahead even more rapidly into the sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh, and twelfth dimensions and to discover yourselves to be truly the cosmic beings that you are in your essence. Don’t just listen, hear.

Q: Can you tell us more about the throat chakra and what is going on with it now?
A: There are those who have had fits of coughing, who have sore throats, and feel as if there is a lump in the throat. The throat is scratchy and itchy and you say “Ah, it’s an allergy” because it is the allergy season. It is not. It is the season of readiness for that chakra to open up, to clear out and to allow inter-dimensional frequencies to inflow and outpour. The energies that prevail at this time are precisely that which encourage and support the clearing of the throat chakra. That which is the throat chakra is that which closes up when there are tears that need to flow. The throat chakra often clears out in an explosion of that which is held within the self, It is appropriate to say it will erupt in an explosion, perhaps of angry words and highly intense emotions, because the emotional part of your energy system, as you will recall, is a generator and it generates your feelings. Your feelings are energy in movement. Your feelings are to be felt, no matter what they are. And because you still have at least one big toe still in the old paradigm, you feel it inappropriate to speak that which your feelings require you to speak. Your emotional generator, is creating feelings designed to clear out and clean up so that your truth can be cleanly spoken, and that eventually your fifth chakra will be purified.

So speak your truth, not always with rage, or outrage, nor emotional intensity of any kind. But while you are in the process of purifying the throat chakra, the fifth-dimensional energies and your emotional generator will create feelings that will sometimes come through the throat chakra in an effort to purify it and clean it up, that would be interpreted or felt as frustration, or outrage, or rage, or sorrow, or sadness, or whatever…you see? So when you have those feelings, feel them, let them be expressed and refrain from judgement of self. And at the same time, refrain from judging another who is moving through the same process. Because when the process has completed, then it is over and done with. You see there is a great deal of old perceptions from the old paradigm to release now and to shift your perceptions around.

Remember, he or she who has ears to hear, let them hear. As we have said to you already, you are pieces of God/Goddess. You are in process. You are becoming whole. You are becoming that which you truly are. You are becoming consciously aware that you are beings in the condition of love. For you to become consciously aware that you are beings in the condition of love, it necessary to move through all your distorted perceptions around that which it means to be in a condition of love. You must move through you distorted perceptions around that which is love. You are it! If you were not, you would not be in life form at this time. You would never be in life form. Each of you is a piece of God/Goddess. You live, and move, and breathe, and have your sense of yourself in the frequencies of love, that which is God/Goddess. God/Goddess is all. There is nothing that is not God/Goddess. You have moved into fourth and fifth dimensional frequencies. Fourth and fifth dimensional frequencies have moved and are grounded on your planet for the purpose of facilitating encouraging, supporting, and even forcing your process,

The fourth-dimensional frequencies have to do with your heart. Not just your physical heart.. Your physical heart is the result of your multi-dimensional heart. Your heart chakra, is not necessarily in form, as you perceive form. But if there are distortions at some point, on some level, in one of the dimensions of your wholeness, it will result in heart symptoms. And you all are having heart symptoms of one kind of another. You all are. All of you! You are having shooting pains, you are having heart palpitations. Sometimes at night you feel as if your heart is going to burst out of your chest. For some of you it has been necessary to seek medical help. And if that is so, it is entirely appropriate and correct for that to be so. In the same way as when your car needs an oil change, you put in new oil. Or you put on a new tire, or whatever is necessary to keep your car going. None of that is to be judged, because that is YOU going through your process to your wholeness and your health. Everything that you experience at this particular time, whether it seems to be nice, or not nice (the opposite) is for a purpose. So if you have erupted at a neighbor because your neighbor’s dog dug up your geraniums, let it be so. Later, if you are in integrity with yourself, go say to your neighbor, “I did not mean to be quite so violent, but I do not appreciate what your dog has done. And please understand that I am going through a process in the same way that your are”

Do not be so afraid to speak your truth any more. Perhaps speaking your truth is necessary in order to awaken another. In order to pinprick the defense mechanism of another. Don’t be so apologetic if you are not nice. Did that answer your question or did we go far astray?

Q: No you did a real good job. But if you don’t mind my asking, I notice I have been having pressure, like barometric pressure in my ears. I know that other people in the room have been having the same thing. I want to know if this has any thing to do with the frequencies you have been talking about? And I want you to explain something about that, because I sense there is something taking place now.
A: That’s it. That’s it. That’s exactly it. This is a very critical time. The intensity of the frequencies has increased exponentially in relationship to your calendar year so to speak. Your calendar year is nothing more than a way to measure your time line. So that which is the intensity of this time is increasing exponentially in relationship to your time line, your calendar. This is true for all of you, and it is continuing, and it is hastening as well.

Q: Does it all have to do with what seems as if we have a year now, yet it’s only six months, and actually the earth has speeded up, and what we have that appears to be a year is not a year anymore?
A: That is correct.

Q: Is that why we don’t feel so much older now at our next birthday?
A: You need not. You need not ever feel older. That is an old perception. Each of you is without beginning and without end.

Q: Is that the reason for us having so many emotional highs and lows through out the earth?
A: Yes, so don’t fret about what is going on in your world. What’s going on in your world at this particular time is no more than an out-picturing of what is going on in each of you…magnified so that you can’t miss it. The earth is a living, breathing organism, as you all know perfectly well. And, it has not changed this earth space suit in 26,000 years, as each of you have many times. Yet, a great deal has been imprinted into the earth. And so the releasement of the earth is more dramatic for some of you more than others, but the relationship is exactly the same.

Q: Is the speeding up of the earth’s frequency related to the year 2012?
A: It is related to 2012, but let us tell you this, the shift occurred on December 21, 2002 and those years between 2002 and 2012. Again, 2012 is nothing more than a measurement on your time line within the time-space continuum. Some of you are already there. Do you see how that can be? Some of you have already reached 2012, while some of you are still progressing toward it. This is why we are saying the things we are saying to each of you today so you can begin to hear what is going on within your own being. And to begin to hear and see what is going on in the beingness of all of the rest of the parts of yourself which would be represented by everyone in here and in your circumstance in your home and so forth. Do you see? And so, if you have reached a point of really hearing and seeing, then perhaps you are at 2010 or 2009. The date 2012 is simply a number on the time line to measure the progression of events. And again we say, some of you are already there.

Q: If we hear and see only too well, does it help to express that through the fifth chakra, or do we hold that all back and let it slide?
A: If you truly hear and see you will know when to hold back and when to communicate and share that which is your knowing. There will be those with whom you interact who have no idea what you are talking about, because they do not even listen well, much less hear. And there would be others who would welcome what you have to communicate because they are ready to begin to hear. This is where your discernment come into play. But it is not always to hold back for this is the time for you to be out there. To be available. Those such as yourself who are in this space and having conversations with us would be those who would be instruments of change for others. To hold back when it is appropriate to speak would be to deny that which is your role.

As we have said before, it is now time for each of you “walk your talk” and to be available for there are many who are on the verge of waking up, or who have awakened quietly, or silently, and fearfully, who will benefit from your message. They are waiting out there folks. They are waiting out there for someone to validate that which they sense within themselves, and need to be informed. And then, there are others who are too frightened to allow themselves to open to the process, to even begin, and it would be pointless to give what you have to them. They would simply become more frightened. So it is for you to discern, to see, and to hear so that you know the difference.

We have put some questions in the consciousness of some of the rest of you, so please ask them. The reason we do this is because we have further information that you all need to know, and need for you to go ahead and ask the questions that are on your mind. We have the answers.

Q: Is it possible that some of us in our bodies are working out in similar ways just exactly what is happening to the planet herself?
A: Indeed. Absolutely.

Q: I have noticed that I am becoming off-balanced. Does that mean the world is off-balanced?
A: Yes.

Q: I have developed high blood pressure, does that mean the pressure is also changing?
A: Yes. By being aware of these changes, you are serving in this way among others. Many of you have your aches and pains and are serving by being aware that they are related to the changes in the earth, so attempt to honor yourselves.

Q: Truly, isn’t everything also being recreated. And to know that the Creator can create anything for the planet, and for you, doesn’t this produces healing?
A: Yes, but before the healing can occur, the releasing must occur. Remember, you are creators. The releasing occurs in may ways. Remember in your time line of measuring events, 26,000 years is a very long time. Cosmically it is not, but in the measuring the events of life in the progression or the evolution toward the conscious awareness that everything is already perfect, is a long time. At that which happens to each of you relates precisely to that which happens to the earth. There are many ways to comfort yourselves, many healing modalities that bring comfort or relief, but they cannot take away that which is your process. They can comfort you, and sometimes hasten your process. But you must go through your process in the same way that the earth must go through its’ process. So therefore, honor yourselves when you discover that you are going through a process. Honor yourselves, don’t find fault with yourselves. Or, find fault with yourselves and acknowledge that you did so that you can choose differently. Be in integrity. Be in impeccable integrity.

Q: In the human time line, can you give us any idea when the Mother Earth will settle back down?
A: In the human time line, it may be several hundred years. But that does not mean that it will not begin before that time. But it has taken 26,000 years for it to reach this point, and so it may well be a few hundred years before it has been completely restored.

Q: Is everything that is happening on the planet now pre-destined?
A: The pattern of energy yes. But the choices that each of you make determine what it will look like. Truth is truth. But all truth is expressed or played out in paradox. Either this side of the paradox, or the other side of the paradox. But there is value in both sides. Because it amuses us, we like to say to you humans that sometimes to play the paradox out on that which you term the negative side is like a man who cannot get his mule to move hits it over the head with a 2×4. You humans often hit yourselves over the head with a 2×4 in order to get your attention and in order to hear, in order to become aware that a different choice could be made. But you all have choices within that which is truth.

Q: When you speak of “we humans”, is not that the same relationship as “we egos?” That is, does it take a whack from a 2×4 for the ego to understand?
A: Yes.

Q: Are we not the strongest egotistical group of people on the face of the earth of any, especially in the Western countries? Pure ego?
A: Yes, but your ego is necessary. It has an assignment to keep you in the survival mode, but it has been overlaid, or perverted, or programed with many incorrect or partial truths because you do not hear. Your programming for many thousands of years has been such as to contaminate your egos, so the process that you are in to purify your chakra system also is the process to purify your ego, because your ego is what you call your consciousness that keeps you in a survival mode in your earth space suit on the planet. It is that through which you express, it is that through which you convey your messages, your information, your truth. It is the perversions, the contaminations of the ego that is in process of clearing and purifying. All that you refer to has to do with the old paradigm, the third-dimensional way of experiencing yourselves as life forms on the planet. All the shoulds, the should nots, the rules and regulations, the rights, the wrongs, etc. In fourth and fifth dimensional life experience, there is no such thing as right or wrong. There is none, unless you drag it along with you from the third-dimensional paradigm and recreate it (He, he, he!).

Q: I understand the chakras relate to different organs in the body, but how do the chakras affect the skin?
A: The skin protects the entire physical part of the energy system. It’s like the metal of a car body. In fact a car is a the most wondrous metaphor for the way you live your lives. The different parts of the car relate metaphorically quite well to the different parts of self. In the first phase of habitation of your planet, the Lemurians were biological geneticists who created the plant life on your planet. When they first came, they had no skin. They were very vulnerable to the atmosphere of the planet, so the skin was created as a protective device to protect the chakra system, which was much more active at that time. They did not have problems hearing, seeing, feeling, etc., because they came from the stars, primarily the star system Sirus. So your skin is your protection, It is called the largest organ of your physical form.

Q: If you are having problems on your skin, what does that tell you about the personal problems you need to work on?
A: That depends on where it is and what kind of problem it is. If it is a skin cancer. If it’s an itching. If you back into something in your car for instance, and you dent your left rear fender, well you go to a body shop and you get the just left rear fender fixed. In the same way, it depends on what part of the skin you are having trouble with. An itch could signify an annoyance of some sort. So you might say, “Ah, what am I annoyed about that I don’t need to annoyed about?” Or, “What am I annoyed about and it’s O.K. for me to be annoyed about this, and do I have a choice about it?”

Q: If you are relating the human body to the auto, what would the tires signify?
A: Tires are the mode of moving your automobile, perhaps you need vitamins. Now realize that we are giving a general answer, but your automobile can not move freely without tires, and so perhaps more rest is needed. Perhaps a more nutritional diet is required for your earth space suit. If you will think of your body as an earth space suit, you can begin to see the relevance to caring for it, just like changing your oil or buying new tires is a matter of proper maintenance.

Q: I just want to share that I keep getting this sentence constantly over and over in my head., “I know that love is the lubricant of the soul.”
A: Yes, and love IS the soul.

Q:You spoke about serving. Can you tell us how we can serve?
A: To be your authentic self is the best service that you could possibly ever render, because if you are your authentic self, you are a model for those who are beginning to see and to hear. In a sense, you become as Jeshua. And this does not mean that you should go around with a smile on your face and be nice all the time. It means to be in truth. This is how you serve, to be your authentic self, in integrity with that which you are, with honor, acknowledging that you are already perfect. That you are already a being in the condition of love. Do you see how impossible it would be for you to be other? If you are in life, you have agreed to be in life at this time to more fully realize that which is your own totality and as such to more fully realize that which is the perfection of God/Goddess. Each of you is that. Did we answer your question?

Q: Yes, I suppose.
A: Do you wish for it to be more complicated, and for us to give you a list of rules, a formula, or a recipe?

Q: Sure.
A: There is none. It is for you to be that which you are in your truth. Each of you is a piece of God/Goddess. It would be impossible for it to be otherwise, because everything that is, is God. Thee is nothing that is not God. And here you are, so therefore you are God/Goddess. Let that be your truth. You are in process of discovering it to be so. Develop the ability to hear and to see. Not just to look. Not just to listen, but to see and hear. Practice with each other, this is how you will develop this ability. You are perfect as you are, as you sit in that chair.

Meditation

Please put you feet flat on the floor, and breath very deeply.

Deep, deep breath. Inhale all the way to the soles of your feet.

As you exhale, bring the energy of the earth back up and through your full energy system and:

Exhale all of your discomforts,

Exhale all of your imbalances,

Exhale all of your distorted perceptions.

As you breathe, as you go from this place, with every breath that you take;

know that your in-breath is that which gives you life,

and that your out-breath is that which give you healing.

Breathe in again a deep, deep breath. Then breathe out all of your discomforts, all of your imbalances, and all of your distorted perceptions.

In the silence between the words that we choose to use, allow yourself to hear one another.

Allow yourself to hear your thoughts.

Allow yourself to hear the thoughts of the ones who sit next to you.

Hear!

As you continue to inhale and to exhale, let yourself hear that which is the totality of your own being..

Allow yourself to begin to hear the sound of the solar system. You are in the season of Libra. Libra is ruled by Venus. Tune into Venus and allow yourself to hear the music Venus transmits.

Let the frequency of the sound permeate your physical form and bring balance and healing to each organ of your physical form.

Let this frequency, this music, flow through your circulatory system empowered by the beating of your heart, nourishing every organ, every muscle, every bone in your earth space suit. This is the appropriate season for this to be.

Let this frequency move through your computer, your brain. Imprint this frequency on all parts of your brain, balancing the distorted perceptions that are programmed within.

Inhale the breath of life once more, and exhale all the frequencies of Venus with balance and cleanse all that needs to be released.

Let this exercise be that which you take away with you and practice it frequently. Allow yourselves to grow to expand, to be attentive to your ability to hear and to see.
