Be very aware of yourselves being in your bodies.


Take a deep breath.


Relax yourself in your physical body. Be very present in your body.


As you are very present in your body, allow your consciousness to move through your body. Look at your organs. Look at your liver, your lungs, and your heart, being very present. Do not leave your physical body.


While you are in your physical body, move into your heart (your physical heart) and move into your multi-dimensional heart chakra…into the twelve levels of your heart. Move around in your heart. Notice what color or colors you see. Stay in your physical body.


Now, move into your fifth chakra. Notice its color. You may even experience a sensation in your throat area. This is the part of you that communicates, finds words, translates what you hear, and identifies sensation.


Move into your sixth chakra, not just into your head, but into this chakra. You may feel a sensation in your physical form representing the sixth chakra.


Move into your crown. You may feel a sensation on the top of your head.


Move around to the back of your neck where your eighth chakra connects to your physical form. Stay in your physical form, and begin to elevate yourself…begin to move. Now, you are accessible to the rest of your totality as a physical form and non-physical form having definition.


See yourself like a line drawing, you in your physical form extended to the twelfth level of yourself. When the line drawing gets to your eighth chakra, it is the same shape as your physical form, but without density. It is part of you.


Now move through your eighth chakra and into the part of yourself that is fluid, (you may see it as a branch moving back and forth). Stay in your physical form, but allow yourself to move to this part of you that is without physical form, but which has definition, because it has the boundary like a line drawing that is the same shape as your physical form. Move into it. An example might be like a cartoon where the words in a cartoon are in a balloon over the head. Let a part of you move into that balloon…into that line drawing. Feel, notice, see, as it is in movement and fluid.


While you are still in your physical form and also in the balloon (line drawing), up to the twelfth level of yourself, flow back and forth, creating an intention for that part of yourself to instantly move to another location. While you are in another location, look around and make note of where you are and who is there.


What colors do you see? What sounds do you hear? While still in your physical form, and in this other place at the same time, pay attention and notice what you see, feel and hear. Stay there long enough for the experience to be imprinted in your being-ness (your consciousness) so that with practice you can do this at will.


Now return to your eighth, seventh, sixth, fifth, and fourth level of self. Open your eyes.


We suggest that you practice this. It’s easily mastered.

Each of you is a divine being. KNOW IT. ACKNOWLEDGE IT. HONOR IT. BE IT!
