 Meditation: Birth of the Goddess WithinRelax...breathe deeply ... deeply ... deeply ... three times. Relax...now allow your outer vision to reconnect to your inner ... allow your inner hearing to begin to buzz...feel the crystal of your pineal gland begin to hum and light up...let your heart open - it may burst open suddenly with a green fire, it may open slowly and softly like a pink rose unfolding...smell its fragrance. Now notice if you are experiencing any resistance to this, any tension, any fleeting pain ... just notice - make no attempt to control, only notice ... a tingle of fear? Relabel it anticipation, excitement. It will shift if you do not attempt to control it. Now breathe deeply again. Allow the breath ... see it ... feel it pass through your golden center ... then through your orange energy center - the womb. It is in both male and female - it is your magical cauldron, where your ideas begin to take on form. Now see a blue ray shoot from your throat ... clearing and filling the orange with name. Now see ... feel ... the red primordial force from your root begin to swirl ... feel the heat ... feel your insides moving. Now push the breath down through the soles of your feet into the earth. You have opened the birth canal. The breath - the masculine - the unformed has forced the channel open and deeply penetrated the earth - the Goddess of manifest creation. Perhaps the breath has caused you pain as it passed through your body. Notice with all your inner senses what you see ... hear ... feel ... smell. Now, EXHALE with a rush. Allow the Goddess of manifest form to flow into and through ... the red ... pushing it into the orange cauldron ... through the golden center ... through the pink and green ... the blue ... the royal blue ... the violet ... and leaving your body through your mouth, cleansing ... clearing ... leaving a bit of herself within all parts of you. Allow that which her passage brought up for you to be acknowledged. If it be painful in the knowing, Bless it ... if it be joyful in the knowing, Bless it ... at certain and absolute times, it will be either or both. Bless the times. The Goddess has been born in you and it will be travail in the borning for your blessing. Always breathe like this. She will hasten your process. It is She who introduces you to your Soul! |
