 Meditation: Empowerment
Relax ... breathe deeply ... deeply ... deeply ... focus within ...
watch your breath as it penetrates your body and flows deep within you
... watch it ... see your energy centers begin to move.
Now, go within and ride the breath through your being ... become
miniscule ... shrink ... and climb astride a charge of energy within
the center of the breath ... feel the distinctly different throb of
each of the centers as you plummet through your chakras ... notice the
colors ... hear the sounds ... ride the breath as it descends until it
penetrates your root at the base of your spine.
Your breath now explodes into a myriad of sparkles in this, your
primal, fundamental seat of power as a human BEing upon the earth. You
disembark onto what seems to be a gigantic coiled cable with energies
of red laser lights coursing through. As the breath explodes into the
center of the coil ... the lights flare ... the cable begins to stir
... to move ... you feel an incredible power surging ... through it ...
through you ... you feel hot ... so hot ... so hot ... you know that it
is your task ... your purpose ... to connect ... to reconnect this
power source to the highest part of you ... your highest energy center
... that your wholeness as an earth Being may be reestablished ... that
all your energy centers be empowered with this generating force. You
search for and find what seems to be the end of the cable ... it
appears to be like unto a head with eyes ... filled with love and
wisdom of the ages ... and yet with sorrow revealed ... it has been so
long ... millenia ... that honor and true understanding has been given
... its force used to hurt or destroy ... it is time ... it is time.
Your eyes see the crystal stairway of your spine ... you begin to
ascend slowly ... step by step. As you do the giant cable seems to
begin to move on its own ... gratefully to assist you with your task.
And as it moves - following you - you become one with it, filled with
the raw, red, hot power ... it burns away the residue of mold, soil,
rust, resistance of many lifetimes of neglect and repression as you
climb the crystal steps. Your whole body begins to vibrate ... you are
filled and beyond with the purifying fire. Yet, as you climb, the way
becomes easier ... the stairs straighter ... the journey hastened ...
until at last the top is gained ... the energy center at the top of
your head ... your crown ... and the head of the cable plunges its two
prongs ... like a serpent striking ... into the receptacle awaiting ...
connection completed.
Suddenly, the red releases into the purple of the crown, the colors
blend, and all is filled with a beauteous magenta haze ... a cloud ...
you are surrounded ... filled ... a sense of completion ... bliss ...
pervades. You return to size, bringing with you your power, knowingness
... aware of profound cleansing, transformation ... and in awe and
wonder at the wondrous gift of your Kundalini.
