Each of you on the planet at this time also has many parallel lives that are part of your soul. Your soul is the part of you that looks like your father/mother (God). You have been told that you were created in the image of God. It is not that God looks like you, but that you look like God. Your universe is created in geometric shapes and forms, according to mathematical equations; therefore, you look like God/Goddess in your geometry…in the mathematics of your energy system.

In your present time, the reason your planet is so over populated is because there are many pieces of you on the planet in different embodiments. The reason for this is to complete the 26,000 year cycle, which has now ended, and for you to not carry any baggage in your soul into the new time. Many of those who died in the tsunami were other aspects of each of you. There was purpose in what happened. Remember, we said those who died in the tsunami came in to complete something for your soul…for the full realization of your soul, up to and including the full potential of everything that was possible for the 26,000 years that has just been completed.

Welcome! You are indeed divine beings. We beseech you to own who you are because you are truly divine beings. Do not assign who you are to another person or see yourself as less than another. Truly own who you are…divine beings.


The reason you all experienced the feeling of compassion at such a profound level is because you had the connection to these other parts of yourself. You were allowed to experience the fullness of who you are in the richness and depths of your compassion. You have had other events in recent years that evoked your compassion such as your 9-11 event. This allowed you to feel compassion for those who passed.

We ask you to continue to feel compassion, but also feel gratitude to those who have passed over, because they did it for each of you. A large number of those who have passed, who moved through the veil, were parts of each of you. Many of you felt particularly compassionate for the children. Others of you felt particularly compassionate for an adult or adults in a specific geographic location. Know that those who passed over were parts of each of you and they did this on your behalf. What they did on your behalf has expanded you in some way that is appropriate for your expansion as you move into the time that is now, which is also the time of the fourth and fifth dimensional frequencies.

As you have been told, the fourth and fifth dimensions relate precisely to your chakras. All the dimensional realms in which you have had life experiences relate to your chakra system. The time of the third dimension is also the time of the completion of the function of your third chakra. This is why each of you is having so many situations around your third chakra…your emotions, your tears, your anger and frustrations. All of this relates to the third dimensional paradigm, and is also a projection or experience of your third chakra. Those are the issues that are not yet complete, cleansed, or finished. They are issues that you still cling to. Know this when you have these emotional upsets (earthquakes/volcanic eruptions/floods within you) and do not fault yourself or judge yourself for having them. Allow them to express. We have said this many times, “feel your feelings.” Now is the time for you to feel ALL of your feelings no matter what they are. Do this without judgment and without guilt.

As we have explained to you before, you are an integrated and unified energy system. Get over calling yourself a bunch of spare parts, which is what you do when you think of the physical body, emotional body, mental body, astral body, etc. as separate. You think you must connect all these pieces of yourself, and then you make the effort to do so. You are already connected! Get over this old notion. That belongs to the OLD “new age.” Get with the program and move into the NEW “new age.”

Begin to perceive yourself as a unified energy system. A unified energy system that is already connected. The truth of the matter is, that each of you is already connected to the whole of your being. You are not separate. You think of yourself as separate, but you are not separate.

The emotional component of your energy system is a generator that creates your feelings. Feelings are simply energy in motion, i.e. energy moving. If you do not feel your feelings, you are preventing a free-flow of energy through your energy system. So, feel your feelings!

There is no such thing as right or wrong in the fourth and fifth dimensions. It’s as if they are one because they interact and must be experienced and expressed as one frequency. It’s almost as if they are one dimension rather than two, because they are inter-dependent. Each one needs the other in order to be fully realized.

You have now stepped into the fourth and fifth dimensions, which are firmly grounded upon your planet. In doing this, you must leave behind all third dimensional beliefs, practices, vocabulary…everything that was created by you when you were third dimensional life forms on the planet. It is appropriate, healthy, and healing for you to feel all your feelings in order for your energies to flow freely through your whole energy system.

You are twelve dimensional life forms on the planet. The twelve dimensions must be flowing freely on the planet at this time in order for you to move into the fourth and fifth dimensional life experience and create what is appropriate to be created and experienced in these two new dimensions. It is now time for you to move, to dig your feet out of the sticky tar of the old paradigms…the old dimensions, and experience yourself as a life form in the framework of the fourth and fifth dimensions. Remember, this relates to your fourth and fifth chakras. This is the time for the heart, of heart wisdom, and the time of integrity…integrity with self first. When you are in perfect integrity with yourself, you are in integrity with all. Find out who lives inside your earth space suit and honor them.

Each of you is a divine and holy being. WE honor you. We have the utmost respect for you. Your task is more difficult than ours. We have no form. We do not need to attempt to survive on your planet earth with your challenges. So, we honor you immensely. Do the same for yourself. We beseech it.

Begin to consider yourself already connected to all that you are. All of you are truly connected to the twelve dimensional individuated self that each of you is. As such, you are connected to each individual in this room. You are connected to us and we are connected to you. Each of you is connected to the realm of the angelic frequencies. Do not place anyone or anything above yourself…not any frequency or dimension, not any life form of any kind. We beseech it.

When you request the presence of any angelic frequency, it flows into and through you, and you become it. Worship nothing that seems to be outside yourself, because there is nothing that is outside yourself. Nothing! We say these things because it is not usually appropriate for us to say you must, but on this night we will say to you that you must. The reason we say that you must is because if you do not then you cannot rise to the full service that will be yours to render in the days and weeks and months to come. There will be much more taking place on your planet that will be similar to the impact of the tsunami. It is all for purpose. And when these things happen, it is for you to remember that they happen for you…on your behalf.

It is for those who do not leave that each and every one of you will remain to serve. You will be needed. Each and every one of you will be needed. So, leave behind all that represents the old paradigm…the third dimensional beliefs, practices, systems, controls, and behaviors. Right and wrong belong to the third dimension, and as you come more into the knowing of who you truly are, you understand how this can be so. You did not yet have the heart, the compassion, or the expanded vision within the third dimensional paradigm to experience yourself without rules, constraints, and controls. But now you do!

Fourth and fifth dimensions do not have within them “right or wrong.” Your heart, your compassion, your understanding of the totality of love…there is nothing that is not part of the totality of love. Nothing! The light contains both (what you call) the white and the dark. The dark is as necessary as the light. If you do not experience both, then you do not know the difference. Right and wrong was third dimensional experiencing. Release it! Release it!

As you are in the time of the heart, in integrity with self, and aware of all that you are, there is no such thing as harming another, because to harm another is to harm yourself. Be King and Queen of your kingdom and rule your kingdom with justice, mercy and compassion. All that need be known is contained within that statement. Each of you is a kingdom. The King and Queen of your kingdom are the integrated masculine principle and feminine principle. King and Queen, Higher Self, Divine Seed, whatever you want to call it, is that part of you that is holy and knows.

Within the frequencies of the fourth and fifth dimensions, your vision and experience is expanded, and your ability to receive and translate the frequencies correctly are within you. Someone asked us once, “Do we need the ten commandments?” And we said, “No, they are irrelevant.” They are totally irrelevant in the fourth and fifth dimensions.

The greatest commandment is to LOVE. To love is to own all that you are, both dark and light, without judgment and without guilt. As this is so for you, it is also so for everyone. Again, we remind you to be King and Queen of your kingdom. Rule your kingdom with justice, mercy and compassion. Allow no other to invade your kingdom, and by the same token do not invade the kingdom of another.

In the fourth and fifth dimensions, in activating the heart (fourth chakra) and the fifth chakra, nothing of 3-D is relevant and nothing more is needed. As such, this also allows you to access your upper dimensions. You will move through the fourth and fifth dimensions rather quickly as you allow yourself to be open…totally open.

Please consider what we are saying. What we are saying to you is the truth. It is not airy-fairy stuff. We beseech you to allow yourself to see through other dimensional eyes and begin to hear the frequencies that you have not been accustomed to hearing. Each of your senses has an internal sense. This is the time for all of them to begin to blend into one with your external senses. We know that you are hearing sounds. Someone in this room mentioned earlier that they were hearing voices. Some of you are hearing a ringing in your ears. Some of you are hearing a tinkling sound. Some of you are hearing bells. Don’t discount this. Pay attention. Pay attention and miss nothing. Do not miss the nuances of change. Begin to notice.

An old response might have been something like this, you notice your button is pushed, but now your response or reaction is different. Pay attention and notice this. That’s you telling you that your shifting is occurring. Miss nothing. Pay attention. When you notice that your shifting is occurring, affirm it and say it. That’s part of the creative process. When you say it, you give it reality. Honor yourself for noticing. Honor yourself for shifting. All of you have done this or you would not be here in this room.

You are all shifting so rapidly that you can barely keep up with yourselves. Your tears, your volcanic eruptions, and your earthquakes are part of this. It is a breaking up of the old so it can move away. This is why we say feel your feelings. Your feelings are energy movement. Energy in movement. If you have an eruption and a friend is near, simply say to your friend, “I’m having an eruption. Do not take it personally.” Perhaps you can then explain to them how necessary it is for you to have your eruptions, your floods, your earthquakes, etc. When this happens, do not feel distressed. Let it happen. A part of you may feel distressed because of the feeling that is created by the emotional component of your energy system. However, at the same time feel some joy in the opportunity of another release. It’s happening. Don’t get all bent out of shape by your eruptions. They produce joy for us as we see you having them. Often times they are very humorous. The things that are left over for you from the third dimension are often humorous due to the fact that you created them for yourself in the first place.

Feel your feelings. Pay attention. Create new vocabulary that is appropriate to the time that you now experience yourself within. We appreciate the one here that coined the phrase NEW “new age” versus OLD “new age.” Much of what was OLD “new age” can still be expanded upon, but don’t get stuck in the frequencies of the old vocabulary. The ones that coined those terms were at a certain level, and if you continue to use some of those terms you limit yourself. Any new word or term you create will have value at this particular time, because it is an example of you acknowledging your shifting. Pay attention. Feel your feelings, and be King and Queen of your kingdom. Rule your kingdom with justice, mercy and compassion.

We will now answer your questions.

Q: I’ve been struggling with the tsunami, as I did with 9-11. I have…had no feelings of sorrow whatsoever. I had feelings of gratitude, because I knew it was in their lifetime to do this. I couldn’t understand why I didn’t feel any sorrow. I feel there is going to be a much bigger catastrophic event coming up, and every time I think about that, I feel sorrow. Why do I feel sorrow for something that has not occurred when I couldn’t feel sorrow for the other events?

A: Perhaps it is that you had no parallel life experience in the tsunami, but you know that parts of you are involved in what is coming. Even so, your gratitude is appropriate.

Q: They were big “thank yous,” and seemed inappropriate when everyone else was running around saying “oh no.” I just felt “thank you.”

A: The compassion is for those who survived. The compassion or sorrow is not for those who left. Those who left are to experience your gratitude. You are correct. Do you understand what we mean when we say parallel lives? Do any of you wish us to speak more about this? Very well. You have heard, “In my father’s house are many mansions.” Remember, all that has been created is a mathematical equation in geometric construct. The way each of you look like your father is not that he looks like you, or she looks like you. They do not. To say that your God/Goddess looks like you is incorrect. That is projecting your own appearance onto what cannot be seen. In the totality of your being, it might be appropriate for you to perceive yourself as an immense crystal pyramid, twelve dimensional, with the capstone containing the divine seed, your higher self, or the holy part of you, which is constant, everlasting, without beginning and end. In the twelve dimensions of your crystal pyramid are many life experiences that have been lived…first dimension, second dimension, third dimension, and now the fourth and fifth dimensions (at the same time). All these other life experiences that you have had still exist energetically, because there is no such thing as past, present or future. It’s all now. These life experiences are your subjects and this is your kingdom. Master Jesus said your kingdom is within, and it is. It is not inside your body, it’s in your energy system or your pyramid. You may think of your energy system as a spider in a web, twelve layers of webbing surrounding the spider. The spider represents your physical form. All the energy flows into the various parts of you. You are already connected to all that you are. You just don’t realize it yet. Because it is the turning of an age, there is much that is incomplete. Unfinished business from other life experiences would be a way to say it. So, your higher self says, “Ah, let’s send five aspects from our total soul in at this time to complete what needs to be completed in order to move freely, cleanly, and with purity into this new time.” Those are called parallel lives. Each one has its own mathematical equation describing its purpose, location, etc. This is why your planet is so over populated at this time, because if each of you has four or five other beings incarnate at this time, there’s a lot of you around. In the New time, perhaps five aspects will occupy one form. This is when you will truly realize yourself as a God being, as a super-being. You are on the threshold of this at this time. This is available to you to begin to apprehend and comprehend. Let that be so. It is not a time for any of you to practice humility any longer. It is a time for you to truly step into who you truly are and be it. You are not only connected to everyone in this room, you are connected to all the other parts of yourself that are incarnate at this time, and the subjects in your kingdom. It is necessary to rule them with justice, mercy and compassion or they will rise up and experience mutiny against you causing a stomach ache or some other problem. Is this clear?

Q: I understand that everything is now…past, present and future is right now. When I remember past lives, or dream of past lives, am I seeing the energy system that I am now in those past lives or is it one of my aspects from those past lives?

A: They are all happening now. It’s as if you have opened a peep hole into its happening. As this happens, it seeps into who you presently perceive yourself to be.

Q: So, it’s my energy system that’s perceiving all those past lives right now, not an aspect. The aspects are experiencing their own.

A: Yes. Correct.

Q: You mentioned last month about the other parts of the individuated self leaving this experience and joining ourselves. Does this mean they are going to join up with our current self?

A: Yes.

Q: Are we going to be five in one?

A: Yes.

Q: Like walk-ins?

A: You could call them walk-ins. That’s what a walk-in truly is. It is not something external to you. It’s a piece of yourself coming in to integrate and expand your sense of who you are. This is why we say get over your humility.

Q: Would we be aware of each other?

A: You will become as one. However, haven’t each of you (if you are paying attention) become aware of the fact that certain gifts you didn’t know you had are beginning to manifest and express? You will not experience the same stories as all these others (parts of yourself), but the dynamics of energy will be there. Each of you is in a constant state of expansion at this time.

Q: So will we be aware of their existence as they experience it?

A: You may or may not be. It isn’t necessary for you to be aware, but you could. Say there was a particular behavior pattern that you exhibit in this life experience, and you do not know where it came from, then their integration with you will give you information about its origin. And with the energy flowing, and you feeling your feelings, this releases the pattern.

Q: Is this perhaps where the term “de’ja’vu” comes from?

A: Yes. If you have not already, you will begin to see what you are about to create as well. Do not negate that when it happens. The process of manifestation will soon be remembered. The part that you need to pay attention to, at this time, is when you are inspired in some way. When this happens, write it down. Give it reality by articulating it, writing it down, or drawing it. That’s the first step. So, do this. In this lifetime, before your life is over, you will have remembered how to manifest from what is un-manifested. So, pay attention. It’s waiting for you to bring it through. This is true for each of you.

Q: I had a situation since our last get together…I was mulling over these simultaneous lifetimes (past, present and future) that are going on, and a friend and I got together in the Reiki room and our Reiki Master asked us to bring a stone or crystal to the room. I just grabbed a few things. I happened to grab a small red pebble that I got from the Great pyramid in Egypt when I was there, and I handed it to my friend saying, “Look what I have.” He felt it and said Elmarilla told him he built the pyramids. Later he asked if he could have the pebble. I told him that if it feels right then it’s yours. I got to thinking that here’s an actual physical piece that came through 3,000 years of our lives, and I’m handing it to him. He received a piece of the pyramid in this life…he ends up with a piece of something he may now be building in his other life.

A: Yes, in this moment.

Q: It came through time and space as an Ah Ha.

A: Yes. Pay attention to these things. They are giving you important messages. Begin to get out of your 3-D way of perceiving. You did get out of the 3-D way in the situation you just described. Good! You call them miracles, coincidences, or synchronicities. They are your creations. They are you ripping through the parallel boundaries. That which is here can move into there. That which is there can move into here. Here is not here any longer, it is now there. We beseech you to begin to acknowledge yourself when such things are noticed by you. It is like priming your spiritual pump when you do.

Q: My cup runneth over with volcanic eruptions.

A: Good!

Q: When does it stop feeling like a feeling of insanity versus the feeling of climbing over the wall, so to speak?

A: The insanity is to remain in the old. You are moving from the insanity of 3-D to the sanity of 4-D and 5-D. In order for you to get over the wall, or get your feet out of the 3-D tar, these eruptions are to be expected and not to be judged, as long as you do no harm to yourself or another. Discover how to slam doors. Discover how to write about these eruptions on a piece of paper, writing so hard that you break the lead in the pencil and poke holes in the paper. Scream or yell out profanities. We are not offended. Every letter in every word has its own frequency. When you put certain letters together to form a word, great releasing can occur through the energy of that word. Do you see how this can be? We are not offended. If you say, “Goddamnit” you do not hurt God. There is nothing that anyone can do to hurt God. Do you see this? We hope we do not offend you by saying this. We want you to understand that your eruptions can be verbally expressed, and the energy of them released. So, have your eruptions. Allowing your eruptions will clear a great space within you. You have many life experiences that you call past lives that are still occurring. Speaking to the gentleman who asked the question: you were a warrior in many of your past lives, particularly a Viking warrior. So, you have some releasing to do! Don’t stuff it, swallow it, or keep it from happening. Simply explain to those around you that you are feeling your feelings and releasing. Beg them not to take offense. It is not an offense to another. It is you releasing. Do you understand? Do we need to explain this further, or do you have another question?

Q: I have more to think about.

A: Very well. Please do so. There is nothing that any of you could think or feel at this time that would be right or wrong. Don’t disguise your eruptions by trying to be nice when that is not the energy of the eruption. Doing that is not of integrity.

Q: I have found that when I erupt like a volcano my energy is so powerful that I must be very careful that I don’t direct it towards another person, because I can do harm that way.

A: Correct! So, what do you do?

Q: I put it up in the air and dissipate it. I let it flow away.

A: Indeed, you can do such.

Q: And I hope a little bird is not up there when I do this.

A: The creature kingdom knows where to be and when.

Q: The new tsunami that is coming, is there any way we can send benevolent energy to it so it would be more benevolent to the earth and its inhabitants? Or is it coming and it just is?

A: Yes, it’s coming. Sometimes when you wish to send benevolent energy and it comes from here (pointing to the head) that belongs to 3-D. It’s for you to be most benevolent to yourself. When you are most benevolent to yourself, then that transmits to ALL. It seems to you as though your earth is external to you, but it truly is not. So, as you experience your earthquakes and volcanoes, your earth must do the same. There have been many thousands of years in which (what you call) negative energies have been impacted or imprinted into the earth. So, she must release also. Let what is necessary to take place occur. After it has occurred, then let your heart and your head find its meaning. There will be meaning for each of you also in these events. We will not specifically tell you what they are, because if we did you would focus upon them. At the same time there is much more to take place out of necessity. For those of you sitting in a space such as this, having a conversation with energies like us, please do not be in fear when we tell you there will be more things to occur. You will be needed for those who remain and who do not yet understand. You will be needed for those who perceive they have lost their security, family members, etc. They will need EACH of you! Each of you is needed at this time. Do not be in fear. You are very necessary. We are not in form, you are.

Q: After mother earth makes the necessary changes she needs to make, what do you see earth being like after it’s all over?

A: Quite different in the configuration of the land masses. Quite different in the remnants of your technologies, for example. Your pollution will be different. It will have been dissipated. The color of your flowers, grasses, plants, etc. will be a more vibrant color. You will discover that you are seeing new colors. As you are more firmly grounded in the fourth and fifth dimensions, you will begin to see light between the molecular structure of what you are looking at.

Q: How will the harmony within humanity itself be? How harmonious will it be within everyone?

A: It can and it will be harmonious, but the amount of time it will take is up for grabs at this time. It depends upon people such as yourself and how rapidly you allow yourself to move into the new frequencies…the new dimensional realms…the activation of your fourth and fifth chakras. There will be those who do not wish to let go. They will cling in such a manner that it will be necessary for people such as yourself to maintain yourselves as beings of LOVE. Each time you have a clearing, you are making more space for light in your energy system. And each time you see yourself more and more connected to all that you are and all that is, you can receive and transmit more light. That is your job…the job for each of you at this time…to be receivers and transmitters. Spirituality is a technology, and each of you is a technological miracle as you sit in your earth space suits on this planet called earth. Each of you, who are in a space like this, have lived in other places as well. Remember this also. Be sure to maintain your knowing of who you are. Affirm it! Acknowledge it! Honor it! This is the truth of blessing.

Q: The change in colors…will that be due to a change in the vibration of the object or will our perception change?

A: Your perceptions.

Q: I got an email this afternoon…and with you talking about another catastrophe coming, this feeling came about that we are indeed on the verge of a major catastrophe…

A: Yes.

Q: I want to ask you if what has come to me has any value whatsoever…that the sides are already drawn with swords and it’s time for us (those who work with Spirit) to stop trying to make a difference with our hearts and our minds, because those who have already drawn their swords…their minds are blocked with self-righteousness and their hearts are blackened with power.

A: Yes, correct.

Q: And because most of us are old souls, the feeling came that if we are to make a difference (which I do believe we are) there must be a collection of our souls…the final question here is (and I may know the answer already) are we on the verge of a crusade?

A: Not in the same way, but yes. It looks different. The shape is different. Therefore, your question is also, “Is it now time for me to make myself known?” The answer is yes. This is true for each of you. Do you understand what we are saying? Thank you for asking that question.

Q: Aren’t we in a crusade now? Like the swords, shining light in dark spaces? That is our crusade. When we get together we shine light in dark places.

A: Yes. And it is also time for you to draw your swords, metaphorically speaking. It is not longer time for you to hide.

Q: Get off our asses and do something.

A: Yes.

Q: Like what?

A: It is no longer time for you to pay homage to those who are still in 3-D in their perception. If you are a spiritual warrior, it is time for you to declare yourself. No longer think of yourself as being courteous in the presence of those who are still perceiving in the old ways. Get over feeling you should not say anything, because that is to be in fear that you will be criticized. It is exactly the time to draw your swords and say this is how it is. This is the new time. Say, “this is where I stand.” For some time during this period of transition, those of you who are NEW “new agers,” (or even OLD “new agers”)…it’s now time for you to draw your swords and state your position to those who have an opposing view, such as the Christians who will not let go of their perceptions in order to expand. We are not denigrating the term Christian, we are talking about those who are locked in to the old perceptions. You will experience opposition. In some cases you will be very surprised that you will not experience any opposition. They will say to you, “What do you mean? Tell me. I have this question. What does it mean?” There are many at this time who are ready to awaken, but they do not know where to go or whom to speak to. It is time for you to be in impeccable integrity with self.

Q: The sides have been drawn for so long…

A: But so often we have observed those of you who refrain from speaking your truth for fear of offending, or for fear of criticism. It is now time to draw your sword, metaphorically speaking. We do not recommend lopping off heads. There are many who need you at this time. We don’t mean for you to get on a soap box, but when you have the opportunity, take it. You are to speak your truth.

Q: We are not here to convert.

A: You are to speak your truth. Your truth is a sword. It is the sword of the Archetypal Archangel Michael. We are saying to speak your truth.

Q: Would you confirm something for me or disclaim it? Recently, I felt as if I was having my own tsunami. Were the bones in my skull rearranged?

A: Indeed. That is a very physical thing that many of you may experience at this time…the rearrangement of your structure…a change in your physical appearance.

Q: The change released the pocket of infection in my sinuses.

A: Yes. Similar situations may occur for others as well. EVERYTHING IS CHANGING!!!!!

Q: All of us that live in this part of the world know that the government’s been having major, major, major tsunamis and earthquakes within itself, and people that live here have been having major tsunamis and earthquakes in regards to the government. What type of structure or government will we have once the “light” is allowed to come in?

A: It will look something like this…for example, it is likely that the configuration of your country changes. It will perhaps be in two land masses, perhaps more. At this time, we say two land masses. Your country will be in something like sections, and each section will have its own agenda. There will be a loose government for each section. There will also be a central government that is less autocratic than what you presently have.

Q: Do you see North Carolina as a harmonious area? I know that no matter where we go we will have eruptions of some sort. Curiously, I have no fear, but I always understood this to be a safe area regardless of the fact that we have major fault lines in this area. I always thought this would be a healing area.

A: Yes. It is a healing area, and there will be many who come to this area. Do not be in fear no matter where you are, because you will be needed in that location.

Q: I just thought of an analogy as you were speaking of the sword…and the sword being the throat of the Pope. He can hardly speak. And as his Parkinson’s is taking over, his body is bending more, which is affecting his throat and breathing. Is this some connection of a warrior that is affected?

A: Yes. That is precisely so. When this Pope is no longer alive there will be another for a very brief time. This is likely to be so, then there will not be another Pope.

Q: Would you lead us in a meditation?

A: Yes. Would you wish to participate as one entity?

Inhale through your 8th chakra, which is at the back of your neck, at the top of your spine, between the occipital lobes of your brain.

Draw your breath downward all the way through your entire energy system and ground into the earth.

As you exhale, pull the energy of the earth up through your entire energy system and exhale through your mouth. (Your blow hole…as the whales and dolphins do.)

Allow yourself to fall into yourself. Fall into yourself, as the healing energy of the earth, the divine feminine principle, flows through your whole energy system, allow your physical form to relax.

----

Breathe again.

Relax and allow yourself to go deep, deep within yourself in the totality of your being.

----

Allow yourself to see yourself as a twelve dimensional life form, immense far beyond the space where you sit in this dwelling. Allow yourself to see yourself as an immense crystal pyramid…twelve levels…a capstone, where the divine seed, the projective masculine principle and the receptive feminine principle are interlocked as one. Each of you is one.

See yourself on the third level of your pyramid. Look around, and as you do, reflect upon the life lived as you perceive now to be. Feel your feelings. Feel the feelings that you experience in your present NOW…what you perceive now to be. Feel them no matter what they are. They are energy in movement.

----

Notice the color of your feelings in this moment. What colors do your feelings take on?

Continue to breathe in and out slowly and rhythmically as you listen and meditate on these words:

As you stand on this 3-D space on this 3-D level, let all your antennae project outward from your physical form, from your earth space suit. You’re an earth traveler in your 3-D, and your earth space suit is complete with antennae.

Let them all extend now. See them perhaps as rods extending from your earth space suit. Pay attention as colors, sounds, frequencies, or a personality is attracted to each of those antennae that you have extended from your earth space suit.

Pay attention and notice. Notice how it feels when another energy system that is in your totality, and is yours, is attracted to an antenna and enters into who you presently perceive yourself to be.

Just let this happen for a bit. Perhaps five of them will come into you, perhaps more or perhaps less. Pay attention.

Notice what it looks like. Does it look like a person, a color, a sound, or do you feel a feeling? Welcome them. Welcome them. Welcome them joyously.

Perhaps one of them looks like an Indonesian child. Perhaps one looks like a Spanish male or female who died in their subway system. Pay attention and notice. Please allow yourself the gift of integration as these energies flow into who you perceive yourself to be as you sit here in these chairs.

Perhaps you will even feel your energy system expanding. You may have a sense that your skin in growing tight as you continue to expand. Welcome them joyously.

Rather than to feel heavy, as this is taking place, notice that you are feeling lighter and lighter and lighter. All of you begins to rise.

You move with ease into the next level of your pyramid where the light is a beautiful green color. You are filled with this beautiful green light and you become lighter and lighter.

You continue to rise. You are experiencing the sensation of levitation, which is in each of you.

You continue to rise and move into the next level of your pyramid where the light is a beautiful sapphire blue. You notice that you move easily between these two levels…the green and the blue.

You are penetrated and permeated with these two lights. They become you and you become them. You have indeed levitated from your third level into the fourth and fifth levels.

Now, for just a moment, move freely back and forth. As you do so, know that soon you will move the rest of the way through the 8th chakra, through the twelfth, and through the stargate into the multi-dimensional universe.

Allow yourself to have the sense that you are indeed a universal cosmic being, without limitation, restriction, free, and filled with light…every color and every variation of color. Perhaps you can even see the colors of the upper five chakras at this point. As you continue to expand, they become visible to you.

Allow yourself to hear the sounds of these colors, and feel the throbbing of the frequency of each of them. Know without question that you are at One-ment with all that you are, with all that is, and with each other.

So be it. So it is.

As you return to normal consciousness, we say to each of you, pay attention…miss nothing and acknowledge who you are with honor.
