 Meditation: Your Golden Pillar Breathe deeply ... exhale ... relax ... Breathe again, deeply, deeply and relax ... and again ... always three times at least. Now reactivate your inner vision ... go within ... all the way down ... all the way down into the part of yourself where your secrets are hidden. Come - we will go with you, hand in hand ... down the stairs ... ten steps ... into the darkness at the bottom. The Light from your inner vision will keep you from falling. Down the steps - one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. Before you, see the two beautiful small children, a boy and a girl, guarding the entrance - behind them, tall, carved wooden double doors - closed. The children recognize you, they have been waiting ... they greet you with joy ... and stand aside. Now reach out your two hands ... grasp the handles to the doors, pull them open and step inside. Look about you. You see a large room lined with shelves on which are neatly placed numberless volumes ... all the stories of you ... you are tempted to pull one down and begin to read ... But not yet ... we remind you that you may return as you choose. Now look about you ... you notice earth showing between the shelving, and protruding from the earth are crystals ... gem stones of all colors with light coursing through each ... you marvel at the beauty of this secret place within you. Now your attention is directed to the center of the room ... a gleaming golden pillar is embedded in the earthen floor and rises up - penetrating the ceiling and extending beyond ... you are unable to see to the top. We now invite you to pull from the wall a crystal of your choosing ... it is the key to a doorway at the base of the golden pillar. You direct the point of the crystal you have selected at the door ... it swings open. You step inside, discovering the pillar to be hollow. As your eyes become accustomed to the Light within, you can see that it radiates from your perfect Self ... the crystal capstone atop your pyramid - the all that you are; it fills the golden tube - conduit - and flows into your secret room ... lighting all within, so all that is contained in the volumes can be easily read ... remembered ... no longer secret ... information integrated into consciousness as you are ready. Before you leave, let your eyes once more gaze through the golden pillar ... look about your secret room, now filled with Light ... choose a volume that you will soon return to read ... replace your crystal key and depart through the double doors ... thank your two small, perfect children ... climb the ten steps ... ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one ... and return to the consciousness that you perceive yourself to be - yet with true knowing that you are more - expanded - profoundly so ... reconnected ... with joyful anticipation of all wonders yet to be discovered!
