Meditation: Connecting

We would wish to communicate with your inner vision as well as your outer, that as you read these words you also see the energy shimmering between the molecules of ink that clump together to form the words upon each page, and that the energy will transmit visions corresponding to the words for greater understanding.

We also wish to open your inner hearing that you will hear the underlying meaning of the words as you read.

And to touch your heart, that you will feel the energies imprinted into the words.
Therefore, we ask you to meditate upon the following words, but first allow yourself to relax.
Place your body in a comfortable position, feet flat on the floor, shoes off, and inhale deeply through your nose.
Fill your lungs so full of the breath of life that perhaps it is painful.
See your breath flowing all the way through your body, into and through your feet and into the earth.

As you exhale, let your breath rush out – pulling the cleansing energy of the earth back through your feet, through your energy vortexes and out your mouth, and relax. Breathe in like manner again and again. Then, continue to breathe normally.

Now, look at the words on the page with the eye between your two eyes – your third eye. Gaze at the words until they begin to shimmer – and to dance – and you see colors in the movement.

And now you see under and beyond the words and you begin to understand that words are energy representing only the surface of meaning. Now you are aware of a sensation of connecting lines of energy – a tingling – emanating from your third eye to your two external eyes. Be with this for a few moments.

As your inner and outer seeing connect, all that you read from this moment on will have greater, more profound meaning, clarity. You will see beyond the words and into the void from which the words spring, into the wordless truth that the words on the printed page symbolize. You will connect to your own wordless, deepest knowing. Indeed, all that you see from now on will be not only what seems to be, but also what is.

Now let your inner hearing begin to hear the music of the frequencies of the energies on the page as they are transmitted and received through the crystal of your pineal gland.

Now let your heart begin to feel the frequencies – and to discern your own truth with the reception of energy frequencies in your heart.

Now return to your present, connected within.
