Meditation: Your Crystal Pyramid

Relax and breathe deeply … deeply … deeply … three times. As you exhale, let your breath rush from your body … and relax.

Now, focus your attention on your body as you sit in your chair. Become very aware of yourself – who you perceive yourself to be in this now. Become conscious of your size … your feelings … any thoughts. Notice if you feel an itch … a tingling … a fleeting ache or pain. Become very aware of exactly who you think you are in this moment … thank and bless yourself.

Now, in your inner vision, see yourself within the totality of your Being … you may see it as an immense crystaline pyramid. As you stand within the all that you are, you may feel very small … know that all this is you.

Now, begin to gaze about you at the beauty of this clear, flawless crystal … it is immense beyond your imagining … you are in awe and wonder!

You continue to look … turning about so that you may view in all directions. Now, cast your eyes upward … you see the pure white light streaming through the capstone into your pyramid – you. As you continue to look, you notice the Light refracting into thousands of rays of color as it strikes and passes through the myriad of energy patterns in your pyramid. Each one represents an aspect of you – a human life experienced and still existing. Notice their energies as they begin to unite and swirl around you. They are all you – invite them to integrate with who you presently perceive yourself to be … to become on great powerful vortex of energy. As all your energies begin to blend into your consciousness, you begin to feel the boundary of your body dissolving … merging … blending … until you experience yourself as one immense, powerful vortex of energy filling your crystal pyramid with light, color and sound. You see colors not before seen … hear sounds of such beauty that you stand in awe within your Self. The swirling vortex of you begins to spiral upward and as you approach the crystal capstone, you can see descending through the Heavens an incomprehensibly immense inverted pyramid of such clarity and beauty and filled with such powerful LIGHT that even your inner vision can barely look upon it. It descends slowly … slowly … slowly … until the crystal capstone of the pyramid of God/Goddess touches your capstone … penetrates and slowly descends, burning a channel through the vortex of you … you are overwhelmed by the power … the Light … the Love … as it fills your being … continues to descend … pierces your base and is grounded in the earth.

You are reunited … reconnected to All that you Are and All that Is.
